Consortium is the purchase modality based on the union of individuals - individuals and/or legal entities - in groups, with the purpose of forming a common fund for the acquisition of movable, immovable or services.
The formation of these groups is carried out by a Consortium Administrator,authorized and supervised by the Central Bank of Brazil.
In this system, the value of the good or service is diluted within a predetermined period, and all group members contribute throughout this period.
Monthly, the administrator contemplates them, by lottery or bid, with credit in the value of the good or service contracted, until all are met.
